Heavier items such as - Books, Weights, Dishes, etc we recommend packing in a SMALL carton or book carton.
Make sure all cartons are filled with "filler" to prevent crushing. That could be paper, towels, blankets, etc. Anything to make the box full.
Soft or light items such as towels, blankets, pillows, etc should all go in larger to medium size cartons.
Kitchen items - we recommend using a dish carton or small carton. Also make sure they are wrapped and protected to prevent any breakage.
Remove any lampshades from lamps and pack separately - this can prevent the lampshade from crushing.
NEVER put any liquids in cartons! This can cause items to leak and damage other property.
Write on outside of carton or tote with what's inside to make it easier to find items.
Use ZipLoc baggies to place "misc" items such as (markers, pens, utensils, hair accessories, office supplies, etc) in. This helps to prevent them from being lose in the carton and keeps things need and organized.
